General contact

For anything OnceKeeper — questions, feedback, partnerships — email the support address shown in the footer of this page. We're in Taipei (UTC+8) and usually reply within 1–3 business days.

To help us route your message faster, please put a category tag in the subject line (e.g. "Bug report", "Account question", "Privacy"), and describe the specific situation.

Browser extension (OnceKeeper Collector)

For Chrome-extension bug reports, feature requests, or install issues, please include in your email:

• Browser and version (Chrome / Edge / Brave + version number)

• Extension version (visible at chrome://extensions/ on the extension card)

• Steps to reproduce (which site, what you clicked, what you expected, what actually happened)

• Screenshots or error messages, if any

This lets us reproduce the issue directly instead of going back and forth to narrow it down.

Account and content

Questions about an account action (suspension / ban / content takedown) or a moderation decision? Open a ticket from "Settings → Contact Support" — the system attaches the relevant audit log automatically, which is faster than a plain email.

General account stuff (profile edits, follows, notification preferences) can be handled directly under Settings, or by email if you'd rather have us walk you through it.

Privacy, terms, data deletion

Before emailing, please skim the relevant page — most common questions are answered there:

• Privacy Policy: what we collect, how we use it, how we protect it

• Terms of Service: acceptable use, content ownership, appeals

• Data Deletion Request: how to delete your account, timeline, retention scope

For anything still unclear, or to file a formal GDPR / data-deletion request, email us directly with "Privacy:" or "Data Deletion:" at the start of the subject line — we'll prioritize those.
